“While the students didn’t know about the Youth for Social Impact Program, it was the faculty that oriented us and encouraged us to participate in the program. In the beginning, our team only had a very rough idea to solve the heavy school bags problem, it was only through the entire course and especially the 4 week immersion journey and mentor support that we were able to find a concrete solution. I am glad to be part of this 3 day grand finale of YFSI as I got to interact with experts and understand more about the entrepreneurship journey.”

“Firstly I would like to congratulate the entire team for putting something so valuable. I have mentored 2 different teams all consisting of undergraduate students. One team was solving the problem related to pollution in the city of Hyderabad and the other team was solving the problem related to half of the menstruators. While the first team had changed their problem statement and solution to a large extent based on the market research, the second team had stuck to their idea. Both the teams have taken in the feedback. The program gave them a lot of courage and exposure and above all, all the students got a very good exposure by participating in YFSI”
